Our goal: even better service for you
For our first AI project, we have deliberately chosen an area that directly benefits you in your day-to-day life: the availability of our technical service hotline.
From May 11th, 2026, we will be supported by BC.AI (short for Bär Cargolift Artificial Intelligence), an AI-powered telephone agent that will assist you with technical expertise. Initially, BC.AI will respond to you in English at times when it is difficult to reach BÄR by phone – for example, outside our regular opening hours. BC.AI can answer common service queries, send relevant documents and, if necessary, transfer you to the right contact person during opening hours.
We use AI specifically where it creates real added value for you: faster assistance, extended availability, and more time for our service staff to deal with complex technical issues.
This is the first step – further projects will follow. We will keep you updated.
