Bär Cargolift HydFalt – Horizontally hydraulically retractable, twice hydraulically foldable
Available since 1994, the Bär Cargolift HydFalt remains a force of innovation. After all, HydFalt Cargolifts can be extended and retracted hydraulically, and can also be folded hydraulically. This increases user comfort in daily use and makes the Cargolift ready for use even more quickly. The standard anodised aluminium platform also gives it an attractive appearance. Since 2021, HydFalt operation has been unimaginably simple: First, several operating functions were combined in one operating command with the EasyFold automatic function sequence. Since 2022, the Bär SmartControl Plus radio remote control will also use EasyFold and thus enable HydFalt operation by radio including platform folding. So that the lift can also be operated safely at night.
Bär Cargolift RetFalt - Flexible, simple and robust
Those who prefer manual platform folding choose the RetFalt version and unfold the platform twice by hand with spring support.
All Ret/HydFalt Cargolifts have a double folded platform and automatic stops which make retraction and extension in the dark or in poor weather conditions easier.
With a BDF swapping mechanism, a universal distribution vehicle is created
All retractable Ret/HydFalt Cargolifts – no matter if folded manually (R42) or hydraulically (H42) – can be mounted on BDF swap bodies. With the lifting arm stops and bridge plate (both optional), you can choose between various swap bodies in accordance with EN 284. Platform / flatbed, dry freight or refrigerated body with size C 715 and C745 (also C 782 after modification).

The standard operating unit of the HydFalt Cargolifts BC H42
Robustly constructed and, thanks to the cross-lever switches, perfectly operable even with gloves on - that is the Bär Control EVO control box. Optionally, the automatic function sequence EasyFold as well as the SwitchKey for switching on and off via the left operating lever are available.

The serial control box of the RetFalt Cargolifts BC R42
Intuitively usable, robustly built and perfectly operable even with gloves thanks to the cross lever switches - that is the Bär Control EVO operating unit. Optionally, the SwitchKey is available for switching on and off via the left operating lever.

The radio remote control for highest requirements - Bär SmartControl Plus
Extend and retract the RetFalt Cargolifts by radio? No problem for the Bär SmartControl Plus radio remote control! But this remote control offers even more possibilities: For example, automatic protection against unauthorised operation when leaving the vehicle: RadioKey locks all controls as soon as the Plus hand-held transmitter leaves the working area. Or operating HydFalt by radio - including platform folding. Available as battery-powered hand transmitter or as rechargeable version with docking station.

The double-folded, accessible aluminium platform
All Cargolifts of the product group Ret/HydFalt are equipped with a double folded aluminium platform. HydFalt Cargolifts (H42) are fully hydraulically foldable from platform height 1810 mm. The HydFalt platform is anodised as standard. In the case of RetFalt Cargolifts (R42), manual folding is user-friendly with spring relief. The RetFalt platform is aluminium natural as standard.
The Ret/HydFalt platforms are either equipped with an aluminium bridge plate or with a folding bridge including lifting arm stops (see above). Optionally, it can be coated with noise-reducing SilentGrip.

The trolley stp 2rd enables the simultaneous transport of two roll containers. The flaps have an opening angle of 43° for roll diameters up to 110 mm. The flaps open individually with one operating lever per flap and have two switching positions.
