Gerd Bär GmbH is back after cyber attack! - As of 5 December 2025
BÄR has had a turbulent few days! After the cyber attack on Friday, 28 November 2025, every effort was made to resume business operations. Today is the day! To ensure that this is possible again in full, we need your support in some areas.
Our email security has been restored. Please forward the following information to your IT department so that you can receive emails from BÄR again: SPF, DKIM and DMARC records have been set for Bär Cargolift domains and the provision of S/MIME certificates has been initiated.
Please note that emails sent between Friday, 28 November 2025 and Monday, 1 December 2025 inclusive probably did not reach us. Please resend them to: vk@baer-cargolift.de
Orders for Cargolifts and spare parts can now be placed as before. If you are unable to log in to the WebShop for spare parts, please clear your browser cache before trying again.

It cannot be excluded that cybercriminals may use data stolen from us to obtain bank details or other personal data using forged letters. Investigations are currently underway to determine what and how much data the cybercriminals stole from the IT systems. Gerd Bär GmbH is consulting with an external specialist in data protection and IT forensics in order to coordinate appropriate measures to inform affected individuals or customers.
