2. Cargolift Serial-No.
When handing in a warranty claim, it is obligatory to indicate the Serial-No. to identify your Cargolift. Please always state your Bär Cargolift Serial-No. for all technical enquiries or spare parts orders.
This procedure has got the following advantages for you:

• By means of the Cargolift Serial-No. we can determine the parts in the construction parts list that are used in your Cargolift. That way we ensure to send you always the right spare parts for your Cargolift. 
• When knowing the Serial-No., we may record all kinds of incidents occurred at your Cargolift. As a result you receive better assistance with regard your technical enquiries whens parts have already been replaced by an alternative component.
